Create- 1 Explore Time Management Tools

Research: Link to five time management tools in your blog. Briefly describe each tool’s use and relevance to the online world.
Answer: How is each tool used? Would the tool be most helpful in a personal or professional setting, or both? Explain.
1. Toggl  is a vibrant tool for time tracking that includes project creation, client and team management, multiple workspaces, and reporting tools. This can help the online teacher keep track of different lessons. Helpful in my professional setting.  

2. Evernote;  Evernote allows you to organized and store large amounts of notes, webpages, and emails.  You can also tag the sources to help track productivity. This can help the online teacher stay organized.  Very helpful in the professional setting. 

3. Todoistis a project management application for personal and professional productivity. It allows users to manage their tasks from a smartphone, tablet or computer. This will be very useful for keeping up with all that online classes and regular work life. 

4. Dropbox; Is a cloud based file depository that allows you to quickly save and sort files and retrieve them from any computer or device. I use this now as a teacher to keep up with presentations, forms, and information, it is easy to pull up when needed. 

5. RescueTime; A productivity app that measures how much time you are spending on emails, browsing, and various websites.  It provides you with a report at the end of the day that can be used as a reflection tool to make changes to habits that are not productive. This is an app that an I can use for self evaluation and to help me stay on track with good time management for both personal and professional settings.
